New Post: Paypal suddenly fails.

I don't know what changed in my paypal payment gateway. I am attaching two screenshots one showing pxexpress, which I don't use, but the Setting value textbox is multi-lined, whereas (in a second screenshot) is single lined. I don't know if that should make a difference, but when I first configured my paypal gateway, it was also mulitlined. I was getting 404 errors when trying to checkout and discovered I had a typo in the paypal gateway settings. I corrected the settings and updated. When testing again, I first noticed that the submit button to paypal is blank, no image. The link seemed active but when clicking it, I get the error below. Any guidance will be appreciated.
