OK, I've had this turning about in my head for a couple of hours now, and I think the wizard idea is good, but I'm thinking about it upside down.....We need to keep the current UI, and let the UI create all the variant records needed for stock control. I think this will be a nice solution and keep backward compatiblity, also I think the amount of work involved will be far less than trying to adapt models and options to deal with stock...
Ok I'm convinced.... I just need to find the time to implement it! ..... which is always the most difficult thing!!!
