I've never installed on azure, but some people have and donated the scripts for the SQL here..

http://nbstore.codeplex.com/releases/view/34143 which I think are the SQL scripts your talking about.....however I don;t know what version these scripts are for, you might need to go through the latest script versions to make sure you have all the changes for the latest version.
