One product can have multiple models and multiple options. But only one model of one product can be added to basket at any one time.
That Catalook store page looks like you can buy lots of different products with a single click. That's not possible in this cart.
You first link, with the shoulder bag looks normal. You can choose the model you want and add it to basket. But no, you can't add 10 different ones to basket all at once.
