But off the top of my head... if your notifications and stock work for normal orders but just not for back office orders then I would guess that it is working as it is meant to.. regardless of whether that is a good outcome or not.

I wouldn't be surprised if notifications didn't go out, because there are buttons for sending notifications on demand and the desired notification can be clicked and sent when the order is made. However I would have thought stock would be counted exactly like with normal orders.
