Yes its fishy!
They say they emailed to me before but they did not, not on all my 3 paypal email accounts, I would never throw away (delete) a paypal email, moreover the subject for an earlier email would have sound important, I would have read it.
But they know my primary paypal email address, which I used only for paypal sales.
