Note - Don't read this if you don't want the criticism... otherwise carry on.

I had to read and click around a lot before I found the products. The site is upside down. Put the product listing at the top and even better, right on the homepage. I seriously had trouble finding it and I would definitely have left the site if I wasn't answering your post here.

When I did find the products, the first one I clicked was around 3,200 Euro or so.. How many people click an AdSense ad to buy random artwork in that price range? That's for your marketing research to answer, not me. I'm just commenting.

If a site is selling products in that range, the site design and written content has to match the product. To be brutally honest with you, I think the site appearance and content is very amateur and easily explains the bounce rate. I simply wouldn't take it seriously if I came across it myself. It needs a professional designer and writer. Take that only as my opinion. You may differ.

And even if it did look excellent, it needs marketing that is not Adwords. This type of product is an investment and needs to be marketed in channels where people have spare money to spend. Think.. art blogs, café magazines, home owner and interior designer websites and mags. Building management companies, corporations with offices to furnish etc. A website alone is not a marketing channel. Try and put the product in front of the potential buyer where they are hanging out.

Regarding hacks - Anyone getting into this website and just putting some pages into admin is a very boring hacker. Adding new pages is relative to where you were when you added the page and pages can be added to the admin section. Change your pass and don't worry about this issue.

Hope that helps.
Rob
