ok, I think you're saying you want to add 2 product list modules to the product details view in such a way that they display as extra tabs alongside the existing tabs.
There's no clear way to do that.
It might be possible to generate recent and featured product lists using xml in the same way that the recent product list is generated. If that were possible then it would theoretically also be possible to modify the store display templates to include the information. This is no simple task even if it can be done.
I'll pass this thread to Dave and see if he can comment on whether it is even viable.
