New Post: Tabs in productlist view

The hassle with this version of NB Store is that it doesn't support any kind of progressive filtering of results.

If it is possible to create static links that will display the results you're after, then it is possible to create a set of radio buttons or a dropdown to emulate filtering.

The sort-by dropdown list in the list header template works on that principle. It triggers different catalogue views by re-launching the page with different query strings. The same idea can make use of static catalogue links.

In addition to the default query sting variables, you would get the static links by browsing or searching your catalogue until it shows what you want, and then copying the URL . The results can be refined by using tags as well as content in the summary field.

As mentioned, none of this provides a proper progressive filtering of results, but it can give your visitors additional and more detailed results than the category menu alone can provide.

Regards
Rob
