I might have missed something here but when someone clicks on the "Add to wishlist" the product is added to the users wishlist, therefore the product is added.
All the code for this is found in the productdetails.template, productlist.template and a couple of other templates.
The main thing you need to do for a wishlist is have a page called wishlist, NBStore looks for this in the url, then it knows its the wishlist and displays the results accordingly.
