By default you only need to enable the wishlist flag in the back office settings.
That will re-use the product list module on the store page as the wish list.
Any page can be used as a wish list so long as it has a product list module on it. You'll need to alter the minicart and details templates to point to the new page if you are using the default templates. Otherwise just make your own links to the wish list page.
