New Post: Can not clear Dashboard

I have just launched my first site and need to clear the temporary test orders. I have read other posts but these don't seem to work.
I deleted the contents of the NB_Store_Orders and NB_Store_Cart tables (which also cascade deletes to related tables).
In the Store Back Office the Orders tab contents are now empty which is fine but the Dashboard still shows a number of Latest Orders. I've been through the database and can;t find where these are coming from.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to delete these.
