Hi Jeanet,

The [order: email] is taken from the address collector of the user (the part of the checkout where the user fills in their address).

You cannot set this.

If you are talking about the address where the email is sent to the owner of the shop then the settings in the backoffice are:

administrator.email , store.email and the merchant.email setting

These setting are self expainetary.
