New Post: Where can I set [order: email]

Hi is possible to insert the [Order:Email] token in the order.text.template
I insert it and in the client's email the [Order:Email] is empty (not populated)
If I enter in the admin and I edit order the Order email is there

why I can't find it in the order.text.template?
