Yes of course

I have the website with 2 language ITA and ENG but only one enabled (ITA) !
And the Nbstore send email in ENG language.
I need to understand what's the way that the system use for send the email!!!
Why the system chose the ENG language.
merchant culture, browser language..... ????

Any one know this?
