New Post: Adding New Columns to the ProductList view in Catalog

I wanted to add new columns in the BackOffice Productlisting in the ProductListing the columns shown are
ProductRef,ProductName,Featured, Archived,IsDeleted and IsHidden in addittion to these columns
i want to add another column in this ProductListing.
