There's nothing that can do this out of the box in NB_Store, the categorymenu can display only a tree list of categories and sub-cayegories.
Do do this I think you'd need to do something bespoke or (if you don;t have many products and categories) you could use multiple category and prodcuts list modules of the same page.....but you'd get no depth to your treeview.
