We're getting off the NB_Store topic here, but my guess is that DSLocalizator needs the hack installing again?..the upgrade probably overwrote the default.aspx.
Be careful also, I've had issues with the DDRMenu when running DSLocalizator and Apollo PL on the same installation, the DDRMenu uses DSLocalizator before Apollo PL, so you need DSL working to change the page names!!!
As for the module title, I'm not sure...like I said we use a inhouse module which deals with this (not that we tend to use the module title option in DNN). I suggest you post a question on the Apollo PL codeplex disscusion forum. http://pagelocalization.codeplex.com/
