OK, if you can't code you might as well forget creating an interface to UPS. (I'm not aware of anyone who has created a UPS shipping interface)
This only leaves you the option of adding your shipping costs into NB_Store manually. Which will NOT be automatically updated as UPS changes prices! Also you'll probably find UPS has a complex shipping cost calc based on distance, size, weight etc... this can be copied in NB_Store, but it's going to be a lot of work and after that you'll need to maintain the prices as cost change. The best way is to work out a simple shipping rate that you can manage and will not lose money on and then create these ranges in the built-in NB_Store shipping calculator.
