I can't help you on this, but stock control on NB_Store is limited to Models. This was due to a number of reasons, which I will not go into. This doesn;t actual stop Nb_Store from functioning for stock if you do what Jake has said, but I am aware this can cause extra work.

The next version of NB_Store will try to solve this issue. The next version of NB_Store (v3) is going to be a full re-write and will not be upgradable, but will allow a product export and import from v2. Obviously the import of products will keep the same structure, so the new stock changes will mean after import someone editing the products to match what you need, but the changes to sotck control are in progress....unfortunatly I can't see a stable release of Nb_Store v3 for at least 3 months.

I've just posted this so you can make a choice on what e-commerce software you want to use.... but always remember I can't make any promises here, so if you definatly need this level of stock control and product maintence and you can't wait then you should look at alternatives.
