I'm not follow what your saying here...do you mean the Authorize.Net returns to you cart page OK, but the css doesn't display correctly? or do you mean it's returning to test.authorise.net url?

Either way I think your first thing to do is make sure your specify the "ReturnURL" correctly in the settings XML
