New Post: Quantity is not showing on checkout page where discount is zero

I assume we're talking about the page u see after clicking "Checkout" on the minicart?
I just checked one of my clients installations and its working fine and shows quantity even if no discount is set, so it would seem that it does work by default.

When did the problem occur for the first time?
