I have a client who claims that sometimes an order shows up as incomplete even though the customer did finish it properly by completing the final step of selecting the payment method.
He also says that when he logs in to that customers profile, the cart is empty, indicating that the order was properly concluded.
There are only the native payment method in use, no handling of CC or anything else.
Has anyone else experienced this and what was the solution?
