New Post: Help Store Import doesnt work

Hi Guys,

I know this version is no longer supported, but I had to do a backup / restore today on a site using version 2.3.8

Exported all products worked fine but importing products back into store is giving 503 "The service is unavailable" in IE on the server browser.

Looking in Windows Web Server Logs I see:

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have a store with out of date products now.

I have tried restarting application pool, recycling it also, restarting the website in IIS - restarting SQL services... nothing...
