New Post: Deliver to another address

Hi Geoff, thanks for your quick response

I can see "Deliver to the billing address" and "Deliver to another address" but these are simply displayed as text. From hitting F12 in Chrome I guess that these should be radio buttons?

The html I get is as follows:

Any ideas why this may be broken?

I installed nbstore for the first time Friday and as far as I'm aware I haven't done anything to break this
