New Post: Display of categories and subcategories

I've implemented this. I have now these two problems:

The list Header ist displaying all times. I want to display only when the products are showing, not when the categories/sub categories are displaying.
Is this possible?

When the products are displaying i would also displaing in the header the cat image, cat name and cat message.
is this possible?
