New Post: Issue with payments

Hello.
thank you for your answer.
randomly (but very rarely), I had both the correct "Thank You for your order..." and the "Payment OK" order/email confirmation, which is telling me that IPN and settings are right.
Most of the time, letting the procedure to automatically flow from PayPal, I can have only "Thank You for your order..." correctly done,
but the "Payment no verified" order and consequent email

other observations:

1. the correct procedure normally happens when the order is placed after a day.
2. I am using always the same credit card making the payments - not sure if this could be part of a kind of "running in circle" exception that PayPal security control may use, since it's definitely a strange behavior in daily life to have the same person buying every 10 minutes the same product, isnt it?
   

I will have soon to make important decision about this, I really need a new way to see this issue other than mine...
