When you enable the full cart feature in the minicart, it has checkboxes for the various columns, including quantity and price.
There's no template for that section. It is actually the checkout injected into the minicart.
These will be templated in a future release, but there are no release dates.
You will find that the full cart feature in the mini cart works best when there is sufficient width to display the columns you expose... i.e. not in a narrow column.
