I've set up an instance of NBstore to operate as an order only store where the checkout submits an order for calculation of shipping which is then invoiced once shipping is calculated on the order. Unfortunately, this leaves me with a bit of a formatting issue where the list of products on the order shows up above the header.

This occurs in the two stores I've built. I haven't changed anything in order.text.template in either store though I did change chqpayment.email and chqpayment.text in one of them without any problem.
As you can see from the image, the format is completely different from how it appears in the demo NBstore. in the demo it appears in the table under the header but logging into the Demo as Manager doesn't allow me to see the HTML of the Demo template.
How do I resolve this so that my stores display the same way as the Demo.
