Hi SizZLeR:
That's the way I'm working more or less. The business is focused on internet services and web desing. Selling hardware is not the main activity. It's not really important cause I sell my clients same price I have in retailer. Sometimes even gaingnig 0€ prices are bigger than MediaMarkt, but as you said, my money is for the service and know-how.
But I want to have 3 different sites for 3 different pourposes. One web desing and DDN customization oriented. Another one for internet services (hosting, mail, voip reselling, Office365...). And a final one for equipment. I know I will never sell a PC over the net to a unknown client due the prices, for instance, but clients o DNN, hosting or other services can adquire equipment with special prices that they will see using their user and password in site. In other words, I need the site up so my clients can see the difference in prices cause they're clients. But if sometimes a non client wants to buy something (I don't think so, but it can happens) I don't want to give PayPal the money.
So I'm right with you. That's basically what I'm trying to do :)
Also I'm thinking about my clients. If they want to setup a shop. Wich kind of my potencial clients could have a benefit using the system.... all that. You know.
