New Post: 2 Separate Store on 1 website?

Thanks for your help. But I've run into another problem that you may be able to help with.

I've setup 2 categories as follows:

All Products 1
-sub prod cat 1
-sub prod cat 2

All Products 2
-sub prod cat 1
-sub prod cat 2

The problem I'm having is that some products belong in both "sub prod cat 1" and "sub prod cat 2" and what happens when you click "All products 1" is the products that are in 2 or more sub categories are showing up multiple times as duplicates in the store view.

Can you suggest what I can do to fix it and still maintaining products in multiple categories?
